Like taunting a chained pitbull, the most recent version of Healthcare reform which just passed the House is the Democratic Party poking fun at the Republican minority in the Congress. Fortunately for us, the American people may be about to lengthen our chain. Somebody, call a surgeon, maybe the dogcatcher. Good thing Congress already gets healthcare.
